Please read these Terms carefully before using the 993ok platform. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm your acceptance of all terms set out below.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 993ok ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 993ok will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 993ok support immediately.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 993ok are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 993ok supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. By initiating any deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that the payment method you are using belongs to you and is registered in your own name.
Deposit Conditions
The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your 993ok account:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
- Deposits are credited to your 993ok wallet balance on confirmation from the payment provider. 993ok is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks.
- 993ok does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through your 993ok account:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to platform discretion.
- Withdrawal requests involving bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before processing.
5. Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your 993ok account are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount combined with the bonus — must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotional terms at the time the bonus is offered.
Bonus Abuse
993ok actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse. The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may lead to account suspension:
- Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once.
- Using bonus funds in a manner specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal financial risk, such as placing opposing bets on the same event.
- Coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures or circumvent platform rules.
6. Gameplay and Fair Use

Sports Betting Rules

8. Account Suspension and Termination
Grounds for Suspension or Closure

- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Registration or suspected registration of duplicate accounts.

Voluntary Account Closure
You may request to close your 993ok account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Closing your account does not exempt you from any outstanding obligations arising under these Terms prior to the closure date.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 993ok platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of 993ok or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability
